Not required. You can book any slot and eat normally beforehand.
What we collect
- A single blood draw
- A urine sample (collected in a sterile container we provide)
Best time to book
Any slot that suits you. Nothing about this panel depends on the time of day.
- Keep taking your regular medicines unless your doctor has told you otherwise — do not stop anything for a test.
- Drink water normally. Being well hydrated makes the draw easier, and water does not break a fast.

Is IntimateShield cheaper if I book online?
No — ₹1,499 is the price online and at the lab. We publish one price on every channel rather than quoting the internet a different number from the counter. When a discount code is running we say so plainly, with its end date.
Do I still get the LabONE Green Card?
The Green Card is earned at the lab: any walk-in bill of ₹999 or more includes it free, and from your second test it holds 25% off packages and routine tests for your family.
Is home sample collection available?
Yes. Home sample collection is free on orders of ₹999 or more; otherwise a ₹199 visit fee applies.
Do I need to fast before the test?
It depends on the tests included. When you book on WhatsApp, MIRA tells you exactly how to prepare.
How will I get my report?
MIRA shares your report on WhatsApp as soon as it is ready, with a plain-language MIRA Smart Report explaining what your results mean. Ask MIRA anytime and she sends any report back on WhatsApp.
