What is a Dengue NS1, IGG, IGM, - Card?

This combined dengue card looks for three different markers in one sample, because dengue leaves different traces at different points in the illness. NS1 is a protein the virus itself sheds, and it is detectable from roughly the first day of fever through about day five, which makes it the marker that catches dengue early. IgM antibodies are the body's first specific response and become detectable around day four or five, staying positive for weeks. IgG appears later still and, in someone who has had dengue before, can rise fast during a second infection.
